I'm sorry that I don't have the weights at this time, but I wanted to go ahead and post the pictures. Unbelievably, third place was taken by Brad Kieffner and Billy Keedy. The slot limit of 13-16 inches caused the weights to be down, but we had a good turn-out and tournament.

Greers Ferry Lake Tournament

Our second tournament of the season is scheduled for this Saturday morning at 7:00. We will be launching from the old Highway 25 ramp past Tumbling Shoals. If you are not sure how to get there, please feel free to meet a group of fishermen at the Wal-Mart parking lot (in Newport) Saturday. I am not sure what time they will meet, but I will try to update the website later in the week. If you have not fished with us before and plan to fish this weekend, please let a club member know. We would love to have you!

Our first tournament of the year seemed to be a success, and we would love for this tournament to have an even better turnout. I have heard some rumors about the water level of the lake, but I made a few phone calls to Heber today and it seems to be fine to fish. The water is really high there, but where is it not high?
