We will be giving away a rod by a "guess the weight" competition with the fishermen.  Each team when paying will give a weight they think it will take to win the classic and the closest without going over (the price is right rules) will win the rod!  

Classic at Lake Dardanelle

Classic and AOY championship week!  This one is for all the marbles, this Saturday we will have our final tournament is the year at Lake Dardanelle.  We will be launching at the Lake Dardanelle State Park, blasting off at safe light and weighing in at 3:00.  Be there and ready to go by 6:15!  If you plan on staying Friday night we will be at the Americas Best Value Inn, I will have their contact information below.  If you have any questions feel few to give me a call.  

Make sure when you call to reserve the room to tell them you are with Jackson County Bass Club for the club rates.

On the last regular season tournament of the year, Brad Kieffner brought in the best 5 bass with with 13.79 lbs, behind him for second place was Bill Wooten and Eddie Watkins who had 11.91 lbs. including big bass for 4.61 lbs. Third went to Mitch Brannon with 10.48, fourth was Andy Latting with 9.86 lbs. and fifth place went to the father son duo Mike an Blake Anschultz who had 9.30 lbs.  It was a good day for fishing and 11 of the 19 boats brought in a limit of East Lake bass.  The next tournament will the classic and AOY championship at Lake Dardanelle.  You have to fish 5 regular season tournaments to qualify.

East Lake Tournament

We will be fishing East Lake this Saturday we will take off at safe light.  Everyone needs to be there and ready to go no later than 6:15, we will weigh in at 2:30.  The deadline for the raffle on the Abu Garcia rod will be Wednesday the 24th.  I will need all names and money need to be turned in by the 26th.  We will draw at the classic for the winner.  Any questions feel free to call me, 870-512-8588.
