Prior to the first tournament, the active members will meet and vote to decide the calendar and site locations.
Any rule violation could result in disqualification. Rulings will be decided by the executive committee.
Any member that shows up late for a scheduled tournament must launch his boat and immediately find one of the executive committee members to pay their fee and have an inspection on their livewell.
In the event of a tie, the boats that are tied would split the corresponding points and prizes.
Membership fee is $20 per person. These funds will be used to finance the classic tournament at the end of the season.
Tournament fees are $20 per person. Classic fee is $10/person ($5 classic, $5 big bass)
Tournament Payouts:
If there are less than 10 people fishing, the tournament will pay 1st place and big bass.
100% of money for 1st
If there are 10-19 people fishing, the tournament will pay 1st and 2nd and big bass.
1st = 70%
2nd =30%
If there are 20 or more people fishing, the tournament will pay 1st, 2nd and 3rd and big bass.
1st = 60%
2nd = 30%
3rd = 10%
Points Standings
Each tournament winner will receive 20 points.
Each tournament 2nd place finisher will receive 10 points.
Each tournament 3rd place finisher will receive 5 points.
Each big bass winner will receive an additional 5 points.
Each participant will receive one point for every pound that they weigh in as well.
The points leader at the end of the season will be deemed “Angler of the Year” and receive a monetary prize.
Any guest can fish 2 tournaments without paying a membership fee, but they must pay the tournament fee. A competitor may fish by himself.
If a team splits up during the season, the club will split their current point totals (both types of points).
If two members of opposite teams fish together in a tournament, they will split both points and weight for standings purposes.
