To clear things up, if the refuge IS NOT 100% open we will be moving the tournament to the backup location which would be Arkansas River at Little Rock. I will be keeping in touch with the folks at the refuge and as of right now the gate that leads to Big Hurricane and Willow Pond is closed. I will have the decision by next Wednesday to give everyone a chance to pre-fish; unless, the river happens to jump up and there is no possible way for them to open then it will be announced earlier.
